Cancellation & Refund Policy


At Travel Wishes, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to be fair, while also considering operational commitments and external conditions.

🗓️ Standard Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made 20 days or more before the trip start date 50% of the booking amount will be charged as cancellation fees.
  • Cancellations made within 0–20 days of the trip start date:
  • 100% of the booking amount will be charged as cancellation fees.

🌦️ Cancellations Due to Weather or Government Restrictions

In case of unforeseen weather conditions, political unrest, or government-imposed restrictions, certain planned activities may be canceled.

• The operator will make every effort to offer a feasible alternative activity.

• However, no refunds will be provided for the canceled activity.

🦠 Cancellations Due to Public Health Crises (e.g., Pandemic or Virus Outbreaks)

You may be eligible for a 50% refund if your cancellation is due to a widespread health emergency.

This is subject to factors such as:

• Destination and booking dates

• Travel and arrival dates

• State of origin and reason for travel

If your case qualifies, the company may offer:

  • A 50% refund, or
  • A free date change, or
  • A credit for future travel with Travel Wishes

⚠️ Cancellations Due to Political Unrest, State Guidelines, or Unsafe Conditions

Given the financial impact of industry-wide disruptions like pandemics or civil disturbances:

• No refunds will be issued in such cases.

• A full credit equal to the booking amount will be provided.

• This credit can be used for any future booking with Travel Wishes.
