Route: Leh(2N)→ Nubra (1N) → Pangong(1N) → Leh (1N)

Leh-Ladakh is a breathtaking region in the northernmost part of India, nestled high in the Himalayas in the union territory of Ladakh. Known for its stunning landscapes, clear blue skies, and unique blend of Tibetan and Indian cultures, Leh-Ladakh is a dream destination for travelers and adventure seekers. The capital town Leh is located at an altitude of around 11,500 feet and serves as the gateway to exploring the wonders of Ladakh, such as Pangong Lake, Nubra Valley, Khardung La Pass, and ancient Buddhist monasteries like Thiksey and Hemis. The region's stark beauty, featuring snow-capped peaks, high-altitude deserts, and deep valleys, offers a surreal experience unlike any other.  


🗓 Day 1: Arrival in Leh (2N)
  • Arrival: Reach Leh via flight.
  • Altitude Acclimatization: Rest for the day to adapt to high altitude (11,500 ft).
  • Sightseeing (light, if fit):

    • Shanti Stupa (sunset view)
    • Leh Palace (optional)
  • Overnight Stay: Leh


🗓 Day 2: Leh Local Sightseeing
  • Monastery Tour:
    • Shey Palace
    • Thiksey Monastery
    • Hemis Monastery (largest in Ladakh)
  • Other Attractions:
    • Stok Palace
    • Hall of Fame Museum (Indian Army)
    • Magnetic Hill
    • Gurudwara Pathar Sahib
    • Sangam (confluence of Indus & Zanskar rivers)
  • Overnight Stay: Leh


🗓 Day 3: Leh → Nubra Valley (1N)
  • Route: Cross Khardung La Pass (18,380 ft – one of the world’s highest motorable roads)
  • Attractions in Nubra:
    • Diskit Monastery
    • Hunder Sand Dunes (Camel Safari on Bactrian camels)
  • Optional: ATV ride or Zip-lining in Nubra
  • Overnight Stay: Nubra Valley (Hunder or Diskit)


🗓 Day 4: Nubra → Pangong Lake (1N)
  • Scenic Drive via Shyok Route (approx. 6-7 hrs)
  • Attractions:
    • Pangong Tso (14,270 ft): Famous for its changing blue hues and “3 Idiots” fame
    • Enjoy lakeside photography and walk
  • Overnight Stay: Camps/guesthouse at Pangong Lake


🗓 Day 5: Pangong → Leh (1N)
  • Return Journey via Chang La Pass (17,590 ft – third highest motorable road)
  • En route Attractions:
    • Tso Ltak (optional)
    • Visit any missed-out spots in Leh
  • Overnight Stay: Leh


🗓 Day 6: Departure from Leh
  • Transfer to airport for your flight with beautiful memories

  • Always stay hydrated to help with altitude.
  • Carry warm clothes even in summer (especially for Pangong & Khardung La).
  • Roads to Nubra & Pangong can be rough – hire a reliable local driver/vehicle.
