TERMS AND CONDITIONS


To Confirm the booking Fee of 30% of your complete package is applicable. which is non-refundable. In case, if you can’t take a holiday in a year then you can carry forward it to the next year with paying 30% as an cancellation charge. If you cancel a confirmed holiday before 20 days in advance from the check-in date than 25% of your amount will be refund and rest of amount will carry forward with cancellation charges of total amount . If you cancel in less than 20 days there will be no refund will be made. If you are unable to take the holiday as and when confirmed then that holiday package either stands cancelled as per situation or can be postponed for another time. But it entirely depends on circumstances at that time. 

🚫 Prohibited Conduct

  • Use of narcotics, banned substances, weapons, fireworks, or toxic items is strictly prohibited.
  • Travel Wishes is not liable for any legal consequences resulting from such actions.
  • Guests are responsible for their own safety and belongings outside the campsite.

🏕️ Campsite Policy

  • Only registered guests are allowed; outside visitors must be pre-approved.
  • Damages to campsite property (tents, pillows, mattresses, etc.) must be paid at full MRP.
  • Travel Wishes is not responsible for loss/damage of personal belongings.

🏥 Health & Safety

  • Guests are responsible for their own health during the trip.
  • A valid government-issued ID is required at check-in.
  • Management is not liable for injuries, delays, or theft during the tour.

🚌 Transport & Weather

  • No backup transport is provided in case of breakdown; delays due to traffic or weather are not our responsibility.
  • Itinerary may change due to natural conditions (e.g., snowfall).
  • Adventure activities and bonfires are subject to local authority approval and weather.

💼 Booking & Payment

  • Tickets once booked are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Full payment is required 7 days before the trip.
  • If payment is not received within one month, it will be treated as a cancellation.
  • In case of unavailability, complimentary room upgrades may be provided (subject to availability).

🛏️ Meal Plans

  • Meal plans offered: BB, CP, MAP, AP, and Half Board (subject to location).
  • Please confirm meal options with your sales executive before booking.

⚠️ Force Majeure

  • Travel Wishes is not liable for service disruptions due to natural disasters, curfews, strikes, or any uncontrollable events.
